What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged order, please take clear photos of both the damaged item and its packaging, and send them to us via email. We will initiate a case with NZ Post and arrange for an inspection of the items. It is important to keep the damaged packaging and product as NZ Post may lie to collect this.
In the event of an incorrect order, please compare the items received with your order confirmation. If an error has occurred on our part, please contact us, and we will promptly resolve the issue. If the mistake was made when placing the order, the item can be returned for store credit, provided it is unopened, unmarked, and undamaged.
