How do I return or exchange a product?
We are able to accept returns for unopened, unmarked, and undamaged boxes of contacts or solutions, provided the order is less than three months old.

We recommend returning the items in the original packaging (or similarly sturdy packaging) to avoid any damage during transit. Additionally, please include a note with your order number and relevant details to ensure we can process your return promptly.
Please note that a $10 processing and administration fee will apply to all returns. We do not accept cash payments.
Refunds will be issued as store credit, less the administrative fee. However, if you prefer, we can process the refund to your original payment method upon request.
