What should I do if my parcel is marked as delivered, but I haven’t received it?
If your parcel is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, we recommend opening a case with NZ Post. Once you have a case number, please forward it to our team, and we will follow up with NZ Post from our side to help resolve the issue.
Please note, if the parcel has been stolen after delivery we recommend reporting this to the police and consider claiming insurance.
